The Saddlerock Strategies approach engages managers and direct reports in skills training to strengthen both sides of the professional duo relationship. 

How it works:  

Miriam will work with your organization to tailor the program to meet your needs.  It begins with an intake conversation where Miriam will audit the elements of your unique workplace culture and your desired outcomes. We will work together to craft a tailored workshop series for your group. 

All sessions are offered in parallel to both halves of the professional relationship duo, focusing each conversation on the unique needs of the people in the room. 

Menu of ways to engage - Choose at least 2 for long-term impact:

For Supervisors only: 

  • The one on one: Keeping work at the center and keeping your employees moving forward 

  • Meetings: Structuring meeting agenda for getting things done (and not wasting time)

Supervision Academy

A 4-6 month training series with monthly sessions and optional bi-weekly check-ins on skill building to help supervisors become consistently effective supervisors. 

Workshop sessions reflect current trends in the field, tackling ongoing issues to help supervisors become confident and capable in their roles as leaders. As they become better leaders and managers, their model of leadership will help create a stronger, more positive and effective work culture. Let’s talk!  

Leadership Team Boot Camp

The Leadership Team sets the tone at your workplace, and that means being the best in their field and as managers. Let’s talk about an immersive 1-3 day experience, which will center around moving your leadership team forward through expert facilitation, deeply thoughtful skill building, and practical, real-world implementation. Miriam will work with you to design this Boot Camp uniquely for your organization to move your Leadership Team to a model team who understand what it takes to function at the highest levels of collaboration.
